Some of the richest insights are from recordings of your users responding to a concept - people talking out loud, figuring out their thoughts and forming opinions on the fly. But if you ask them to write out their thoughts (for better research analysis), they don't seem to remember most of the details they were sharing just a moment ago.

Or they simply don't want to take the time to write a descriptive summary. After all, they're trying to finish the study and get back to their life.

Why not have an AI take notes for them? Why can't we also ask deeper follow up questions to get richer detail?

Imagine if all your user testing studies and surveys could be like this:

Now multiply that research question by 100+ diverse participants.

Then ask EchoAI for the quantitative analysis across all those participants:

Qualitative and quantitative data, all from one study.

Drive alignment and save time by focusing on the insights that create the most value for the most people. Capture nuances to better understand the market and dive deep into the qualitative data only after you know where to focus your efforts on.

But this is only the beginning - the real value is being able to easily access any research study, any customer feedback, and analyze trends across all of them.

EchoAI bridges the communication gaps between product teams and the markets they serve. Because developing empathy for the customer and the market's problems is what allows teams to make great products.
